Of course. You can bring a dog under 30kgs to stay with you at Vertus Edit. You’ll be required to include the Puppy Pack as part of your booking. If you forget to add this while making your booking, contact us on ask@vertusedit.com and we’ll include it for you. Your Puppy Pack will include a bed, bowl, and special treats for your best friend. For other pets, or dogs over 30kgs please contact us directly on the email address above. Please note you can only have one dog per Studio.
Making a Booking
This will depend on the rate you select. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full when you make your booking, and Fully Flexible bookings will be charged on the morning of arrival.
Absolutely – we want you to enjoy family getaways. If you’re travelling with children under 3 and would like a cot, please contact our team on ask@vertusedit.com to arrange this. If you’re traveling with children over the age of 3, please note our Studios don’t accommodate extra beds or more than two adults. You can book an additional Studio and contact us if you’d like them to be close by. This is subject to availability.
No, not all of them. While you’re able to book all of our categories as pet-friendly, we do hold back some Studios for our guests that prefer to stay in a space that hasn’t been used by pets. If you’d like to stay in one of these Studios please contact us directly on ask@vertusedit.com. Please note this is subject to availability.

Yes, we guarantee the best price on all direct bookings made on a non-promotional rate. To be eligible for price match, the booking on a third party site should be for the same dates and the same Studio category, and does not apply if a promotional code has been added to the original rate. You can contact us on reservations@vertusedit.com to request a price match.
The pre-authorisation fee is a temporary hold on your card. We’ll charge a pre-authorisation at check in, and the hold will be automatically released after seven days. Please note this may take a little longer depending on your bank.
We accept all forms of card payment methods, including AMEX. We do not accept cash or bank transfers.
We use dynamic pricing to set our rates, which means rates fluctuate with demand.
While we don’t have a car park onsite, the nearest car park is Canada Square Car Park, located a 7 minute walk from Vertus Edit.

We’re located at 3 & 15 West Lane, London E22 3AA. You can walk over from the Jubilee line in 10 minutes, or from the Elizabeth line in 13 minutes.
Yes, our front desk is open 24-hours, so you’ll always be greeted on arrival by one of our hosts.
Check in is at 4pm. Your Studio may be ready earlier, and we’d be happy to check you in sooner. You can also add early check in at 2pm to your booking. If your Studio isn’t ready when you arrive, we’ll store your luggage onsite.
Yes, we have secure luggage storage onsite to keep your bags and other belongings until check in time so you can go out and explore.
The nearest underground station is Canary Wharf (Jubilee line) Montgomery Square exit. There are many ways to get to Canary Wharf including local buses, Jubilee line, Elizabeth line, DLR, and Uber Boat by Thames Clipper. Zip across the map and wander the city or explore central London in record time thanks to Canary Wharf’s excellent connections.
Sadly, we don’t offer airport pickup service.
Please make sure you have your email confirmation, photo ID, and the credit card you used to pay or secure your booking with you for check in.
It’s a legal requirement for us to prove and verify your legal identity. It also helps us ensure we’re checking in the right person and reduce fraud. If we can’t verify your identity we may have to cancel your booking. By booking and staying with us you must also be over 18 years of age (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).

You can expect a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to cook up a storm, fresh linen and towels, as well as toiletries in the bathroom.
Yes, all our Studios come equipped with two sets of large towels, hand towels and a bath mat. We’ll change these during your weekly clean if you’re staying over 7 nights. You can also request additional towels for a fee.
Yes, all our Studios have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
You’ll have access to our super fast Wi-Fi on a private network that only you can access. You’ll receive login instructions on check in.

If you’re staying at Vertus Edit for 7 or more nights, we’ll provide a complimentary clean of your Studio either half way through your stay (7-13 night stays) or every 7 nights (14+ night stays). You can also request one-off or recurring additional cleans with our front desk team onsite or by emailing us at ask@vertusedit.com.
Canary Wharf is a very safe area. It boasts one of the lowest crime rates in London, and many residents report feeling very safe, even when they are walking around alone or with their families at night. Stay as our Vertus Edit guest and feel safe knowing that The Estate is covered by an extensive network of CCTV cameras and has a private security force consisting of more than 600 trained staff members who regularly patrol the area.

Yes, you can order a takeaway to our address. Make sure you use your name and Studio number. Delivery drivers won’t be allowed up to your Studio, so you’ll just need to collect it from the front desk.
Yes, you can order post and parcels to our address before or during your stay. If you’re onsite please make sure to include your name and Studio number in the delivery details, otherwise just your name will do. Our team on the front desk will contact you when it arrives and safely store it for you.
No, Vertus Edit is a non-smoking property.
Yes, we have some storage space subject to availability.

Yes, once you’ve made your reservation you can post something to our address. Please cite the same name you’ve used on your reservation. Our team will take the parcel and store it until you arrive.

No charge if cancelled or amended by 14.00 on the day prior to check-in of the first day for the booking. In the event of an amendment, a no-show or a cancellation later than 14.00 on the day prior to check-in of the first day of the booking, you will be charged the costs of the entire stay.
For bookings of 7-28 nights:
No charge if cancelled or amended by 14.00 on the day prior to check-in of the first day ofthe booking. In the event of an amendment, a no-show or a cancellation later than 13.00 on the day prior to check-in of the first day of the booking, you will be charged the costs of the first seven nights’ stay (or in the event of an amendment, if longer, the cost of the entire amended stay).
For bookings of 29+ nights:
No charge if cancelled or amended by 14.00 on the day that is seven days prior to check-in of the first day of the booking. In the event of an amendment, a no-show or a cancellation later than 14.00 on the day that is seven days’ prior to check-in of the first day of the booking, you will be charged the costs of the first seven nights’ stay (or in the event of an amendment, if longer, the cost of the entire amended stay).
